This collection consists of correspondence, speeches, invitations, parking passes, sheet music, clippings, and photographs related to the history and raising of the National Christmas Tree, as well as items from the Christmas Pageant of Peace, which began in 1954.

Items from arts organizations appear first arranged alphabetically followed and then general information about the visual arts and artists in Washington. Oversized materials are in a separate box.
Washington Music Teachers Association Scrapbooks Collection
The materials in this collection consist of newsletters, correspondence, photographs, clippings, programs, and ballots. The materials are bound in two volumes: Volume 2 covering the years 1940-1947 and Volume 3 covering the years 1947-1952. Each year is separated by title sheets and begins with a photograph of the President of the Association.
